Sonakshi Sinha (born 2 June 1987)is an Indian actress and model.She was born on 2nd June 1987. She is the daughter of Indian actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha. She has twin brothers, Luvand Kush. Sonakshi Sinha who is a fashion designer first, will make her debut in Bollywood as the lead actress opposite Salman Khan in Dabangg. Sonakshi started her career as a model, and walked the rampat the Lakme Fashion week in 2008 and then again in Lakme Fashion week 2009.She made her acting debut with the 2010 film Dabangg co-starring Salman Khan. The film went on to become one of the highest grossing Bollywood films.

The latest buzz is Sonakshi Sinha believes that once an actor is in front of the camera, age should not matter. She made her debut with the much older Salman Khan in ‘Dabangg’ and Sonakshi Sinha will soon be seen as the wife of Kamal Haasan, who is 33 years her senior, in Tamil- Telugu director Selvaraghavan’s film.with Indian actor Kamal Haasan. She considers this as the biggest changing point in her career.
